Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel Palermo

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the old town center. The hotel's location was superb, being very close to the sites we wanted to visit in this city. the hotel was surrounded by shops, great to easily explore and indulge in some shopping. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were perfect, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also appreciated the convenient parking options nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city with our own transportation. what stood out were the friendly and helpful staff members were really good to make our stay nice. From their pre-arrival call to help arrange transportation to their detailed explanations and recommendations, we felt well taken care of throughout our time here. The breakfast provided was also delicious, giving us a great start to our days.

The location was ideal, right in the center with easy access to key sights and a bustling atmosphere. The staff, particularly Andrea, were great too ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with valuable tips and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious with a fine selection of Sicilian pastries.
